Keep Fit For All
Keep Fit for All is on Tuesday mornings 9.15 - 10.15am at the Church Hall in Lower Farnham Road, and is a programme for men and women, with exercises geared to all levels of fitness.
The present leader is a fully-trained physiotherapist with many years experience in all aspects of treatment.
The programme over the weeks covers many aspects of exercise including posture, balance, strength, endurance, joint flexibility and co-ordination.
These sessions are not just for church members, so please bring your friends and enjoy exercising.
Tea/coffee and biscuits afterwards are an essential ingredient.
There is no charge for the session.
Equipment - Bring a towel or mat and wear loose, flexible clothing
